To manage their expanding business, they are looking for talented, motivated candidate to join the team as: Finance Coordinator JOB PURPOSE Overseeing and coordinating all daily finance and business administration process within the Ocean Network Express Europe and ensuring compliance with the company's guidelines and official accounting and tax regulations. Support the delivery of all statutory accounting matters across EUA region RESPONSIBILITIES Accounting Reconciles accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger Provides technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities. Deals with internal & external customers for any enquiry regarding the payment status Financial Reporting Performs analysis of financial studies and prepare summary reports for Finance Manager, maintenance and planning of budget systems. Analyse and interpret local trends. Assists in monthly/yearly financial closing process, makes sure all the accounting records are completed accurately and according to the corporate reporting deadline Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliation Systems & Processes Provides systems assistance to the EU countries where required to ensure correct and efficient use of financial administration systems and processes.
