Overview
Change Analyst - Insurance Our client is looking for an acting SME for Business Change activities within their IT team for an initial 12M FTC. You will be assigned to key projects in order to define and drive Change Management Plans to ensure the smooth delivery and adoption of systems changes delivered by the IT team into the Insurance business. Key Responsibilities include:- Production of Change Management plans in order to make sure all relevant IT & Business Change activities are delivered Engage with business sponsors, product owners and stakeholders to ensure business readiness and drive change management and benefits realisation activities Work closely with project teams, training teams and business owners to agree training plans and follow up to verify successful completion Take ownership of the release roadmap and schedule Drive improvements by enforcing best practice and standards, sharing learnings across the teams You will have:- Significant experience within Business Change within the Insurance domain Responsibility for activities relating to the delivery of projects and system changes to the insurance business Strong 'BusinessReadiness' delivery Experience of working with Agile development teams MS Office My client is looking for someone who excels in the provision of 'businessreadiness' by working closely with project sponsors within he Insurance industry. This 12M FTC could transition into a permanent opportunity.
