Occupational Therapist (Grade 6) – Much Hadham, Hertfordshire Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum Depending on Expereince. They are now looking for an Occupational Therapist (Grade 6) to join their quality team. The Role: As the successful Occupational Therapist, you will be leading the team taking a holistic approach to their complex service users and promoting well-being. You will be managing, training and developing a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistants and other members of the team, so experience of working in a multidisciplinary team supporting and supervising others is essential. Role Responsibilities: You will independently assess, develop and implement individual rehabilitation programmes for individuals with learning disabilities and/or behavioural related needs. You’ll be managing, training and developing our Band 5 Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistants and other members of the team. You’ll use investigative and analytical skills, to formulate an individualised management and treatment programme based on advanced clinical reasoning and evidence based practice. Essential Skills & Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapy MUST be HCPC registered Member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists MUST have 2 Years minimum experience within a range of clinical settings with adults/children who have complex and physical needs.
