Overview
An exciting opportunity to join an innovative Fit Out and Build organisation based in the City of London renowned as their number one in Finance. Due to rapid and organic growth, the business is now looking for a dynamic and forward thinking CFO to lead the business during this next chapter of their development. The successful candidate will have proven experience the fields of funding, liquidity, investor relations and M&A activity. They will need to develop a strong relationship with the CEO and business heads of the different company entities. The successful candidate would be responsible for: Developing and maintaining capital strategy that will enable the growth of businesses as well as evaluating the various funding sources available Evaluating strategic investors into the organisation and the execution of any resulting deals Developing options for the capital, equity ownership and legal entity structure for the organisation. and own the execution of decisions made by the senior decision makers Develop options for long term compensation model for the organisation Support the company businesses in their commercial negotiations with clients The Ideal candidate will have: A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) A background in a property / real estate / asset based business Previous experience managing complex liquidity and cashflow Previous experience of evaluating and executing against inbound investment options If you are interested in this role, and feel your experience matches the job description , please apply today.
