Your new role Reporting to the CFO, this role is all about developing a finance function to allow more strategic, commercial influence across the business. The role will be leading a small finance team of Part qualified accountants so is well positioned to become a 1st class team. Duties Management and ownership of reporting process Maintaining and delivering budgets and forecasts to the business Presentation of monthly board pack Supervision of 2 PQ accountants Assisting with strategic initiatives to drive business growth What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified accountant with exposure to accounts preparation. You will have to be someone capable or managing a team and have a strategic eye for change. It is important to have solid business acumen from either experience or approach to achieve the growth planned in this role.
