Your new company A high growth business in the property sector with a reputation for quality are growing as an industry leader in their specialist area. The company have an established portfolio and are in the fortunate situation of being high growth even in today's climate. Your new role Reporting to the CFO, this role is all about developing a finance function to allow more strategic, commercial influence across the business. The role will be leading a small finance team of Part qualified accountants so is well positioned to become a 1st class team. Duties Management and ownership of reporting process Maintaining and delivering budgets and forecasts to the business Presentation of monthly board pack Supervision of 2 PQ accountants Assisting with strategic initiatives to drive business growth What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified accountant with exposure to accounts preparation. You will have to be someone capable or managing a team and have a strategic eye for change. It is important to have solid business acumen from either experience or approach to achieve the growth planned in this role.
