Overview
Senior PHP Engineer Edinburgh Up to £55,000 benefits Opportunity for an experienced PHP professional to join an established Start-up based in Edinburgh. This could be a great role for someone with a keen interest working on Greenfield projects. The role will be working within an experienced Engineering team focused on building out their platform. Day to day you will be working PHP amongst other technologies such as AWS, Docker and React and on occasion you may be asked to lead a small team on certain Sprint cycles. What experience will you need: Strong commercial experience working with PHP Experience with either Laravel or Lumen, ideally both Experience with design principles like SOLID Some understanding of tools like Git. Comfortable contributing to code reviews. Ideally you might have gained exposure/experience with (not essential): Docker AWS (Amazon Web Services) React Continuous Integration and Delivery This is a great time to join the business as it continues to grow and develop.
