Performance and Information Officer Location: Birkenhead Salary: £32,565 Per annum Job Type: Permanent The overall purpose of the role will be the timely preparation, coordination and dissemination of performance data in line with operational processes. The ability to produce performance reports, dashboards of information and ad-hoc reports to keep Board, Management and operational teams informed of key strategic and operational information is an important part of the role. Experience of using a range of IT applications and processes in a data analysis and performance management capacity will be key expectations. Responsibilities of the Performance and Information Officer: Working as part of a team supporting effective performance management and business assurance the postholder will also take full responsibility for the lead and preparation of Magenta Living’s Customer Service Excellence accreditation, and will support the organisation in assembling evidence and in the preparation for Magenta Livings ISO accreditations and other quality and business assurance frameworks where relevant. Requirements of Performance and Information Officer: The successful candidate should be educated to HNC level or equivalent and possess excellent IT skills including Microsoft applications and business intelligence tools. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise your workload is essential, using appropriate systems to not only produce timely and accurate performance information but train and support staff. It is essential that candidates can demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and they are motivated by challenging individual targets.
