As the Performance Cluster Finance Lead you will be responsible to provide financial leadership to 8 markets (5 LOCs and 3 Representative Offices), partnering with the Performance Cluster Commercial Lead in setting the strategic direction and key financial targets for the business, driving standardisation, focus and efficiency and talent development. The role requires building effective relationships with the markets and Finance HUBs. The scope includes decision support, financial management and analysis, resourcing analysis and tracking, governance and pricing and performance management support. Your responsibilities will include some of the following: * Provide finance partnering support to the Commercial teams in implementing commercial strategy across the markets (ROI, pricing, tenders, working capital management etc). * Management of the Plan/ Update for Cluster markets working with the Planning Hub and Market Finance teams aligning assumptions and risks and opportunities. * Management of Cluster P&L identifying gaps to Plan and P&L impacts. * Actively participate in key projects as required providing input for business case development and general financial and business expertise. * Oversight of the financial management and governance of the Cluster markets including the respective risk and control environments. * Leadership in the design of financial processes to maximise quality, efficiency and effectiveness and oversee financial processes, audit and reporting across the markets. * Talent management and capability building across the Performance Cluster Finance team Basic Qualifications: The job holder needs to be tenacious and have a strong performance mindset - driving for results through an understanding of drivers of the business and has an ability to focus on the things that make a difference and get things done. To achieve this the job holder needs to have: * Global Professional Accounting (CA, CPA, FCA, FCCA) and / or MBA with Finance * Strong influencing and engagement skills * Financial Planning & Analysis * Project Management - proven track record of driving performance * Ideally line management experience (this role will have 6 direct reports) * Understanding of the business internal framework and commercial environment Why GSK?
