A newly created position for a senior sous chef or head chef has become available for a well-known attraction in the North Hertfordshire region. The hospitality chef role will be focusing on the set up and development of the menus for the kitchens on site. An exciting opportunity for a senior sous chef or a head chef. It is a vast multi-facility building over a large area They have 2 restaurants, numerous cafés, bars and hospitality suits and halls. It is open 360 days of the year The Hospitality Chef position Main role to look after the hospitality & events Lead a team of chefs within the business to create day to day hospitality Oversee and manager large events that include canapes, sit down dinners and bowl food. Planning of menus, food specs, budgeting & costings To increase standard of food and introduce a modern style Set up and manage a production kitchen 45 hour working week Salary of up to £40k The Chef required Must be at least a Senior Sous chef or Head Chef level Looking for a new challenge or to better themselves in a new position Have experience of hospitality in a commercial venue or work for an event company Flexible on working pattern – Manage working day / week This job was originally posted as www.caterer.com/job/88947378
