Customer Service Executive: This role will require you to be the first point of contact for customers, proving information or raising queries or complaints. You will be dealing with mainly incoming emails but will also be required to make and receive telephone calls and must be confident in doing this. Client Details A new company and working within an exciting fast paced commercial sector and based outside of Maidenhead. Description Customer Service Executive, based in Maidenhead: This role will require you to be the first point of contact for customers, proving information or raising queries or complaints. Responsibilities include All areas of customer service Respond to a high volume of emails Respond to requests for information and complaints Speak with customers on the phone, dealing with high volume of both incoming and outgoing calls Enter data onto the database - You need to be good at IT Working within a busy team, assist colleagues and support each other Profile You will have office based Customer Service experience You will be confident with people and IT You will have worked in retail or on receptions or in customer service in previous roles/ holiday jobs You will flourish in a fast paced environment You will live locally to Maidenhead and drive Job Offer Salary circa £22,000
