Overview
Partner Financial are engaged with a highly acquisitive consumer business who have enjoyed double digit growth over the last two years. The brand has invested heavily in their technology and this places them at the forefront of the global market. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be advising, supporting and challenging senior management on financial decision making. You will need to immerse yourself within a fast-paced environment and be confident presenting financial information to stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Taking ownership for, and reviewing business cases, including detailed review of spend against budget for finance transformation initiatives; Business partnering with key senior stakeholders and identifying the key commercial drivers; Building and presenting budgets and forecasts from both a current and medium-long term perspective; Providing commentary to support the business in making key strategic decisions; Developing, implementing and maintaining robust cost control processes and enabling effective management of project spend, both centrally and within market; Identifying potential risks to projects and suggesting ways to mitigate; Building financial models to support projects; Maintaining the rolling forecast model; Providing ad-hoc project support as required. Profile: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA); Ability to influence key stakeholders; Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; Experience analysing business cases and investment opportunities; Have a natural ability to manage a multitude of senior stakeholders.
