Overview
Global Accounting Network are currently partnered with a globally renowned Ecommerce business, who are currently recruiting for a Financial Operations Manager to support the rapid growth the business is going through across all units. This role operates as an internal change and improvement business partner, operating across all business areas. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is aiming to deliver a seamless P2P process and has no responsibility with close-end reporting. Key responsibilities: Business partnering, working with non-finance people across all sides of the company, whilst also working with external vendors and stakeholders. Understanding of data and using this information to support presentation and results. Lead and drive senior management meetings on key Finance Operations activities and issues. Adhere to Compliance & Policies procedures. Overcome challenges in a cost effective way using better tools, technologies and best practice. Advanced computer literacy to deliver solutions using multiple reporting systems. Candidate profile: CPA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified accountant Experience within Industry Understanding of Finance Operations (AR & AP) Previous experience in a leadership role Experience working in large organisation Extensive project experience - focus/exposure around P2P and Accounts Payable OR experience around R2R and Accounts Receivable Change management experience This is a great opportunity to join an internationally renowned company in an extremely varied role, which will give the individual great exposure to various projects and the broader business.
