About Us: Gifted Systems is a growing IT service company, providing IT support and consultancy services to businesses across the United Kingdom and Europe from our head office in Leeds. Our services range from upgrading and supporting existing business IT systems to deploying completely new IT infrastructures. The Role: Gifted Systems is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a highly motivated support services team. Based working from our Leeds office you will be working with both our internal remote services team and clients. You will have a great opportunity to build a broad level of experience quickly and kick start an IT career within the hospitality service industry. Responsibilities: Working with a team providing remote support to clients throughout the UK and Europe Delivering 1st line telephone support Keeping track of support cases, delegating and escalating as required Assisting with administration tasks associated with good record keeping Opportunity to develop the role within a busy and challenging environment Required and beneficial skills and experience: Work experience in either the IT or customer service industry Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server & network environments Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to produce well written reports Willingness to learn
