The day job Currently looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst for a unique opportunity to work closely with the business, project and operational stakeholders, from inception through analysis, design, develop, build, deliver, transition and in-service support.Great opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line BAU Engineer who is seeking to develop their desktop and infrastructure support skills or a 2nd Line Desktop Engineer who is seeking a complex and rewarding environment. Your experience must cover infrastructure, application and/or network support Key Responsibilities: · Delivery of core IT services to the client across the four sites · Maintenance of IT infrastructure, technical support and management · Some 1st line Service Desk type support, second line software and hardware support (PC s, Laptops, iPads, Peripherals, Printers, telephony) · Support of Citrix environments / Microsoft Exchange and Outlook client · Build, configure and troubleshoot desktop, laptop and iPads · Installing and supporting remote access connections · Installation of encryption software · Active Directory · Working to SLA’s Essential Experience: · Desktop experience at a second-line level in a complex IT support environment · Windows 10 and Microsoft applications, Office 2010/2013/2016, Outlook 2010/2013/2016. Windows Server 2012/2026 · Thin Client environments (iGel desirable) · Citrix · PC, laptop, iPad and iPhone builds · LAN/WAN technologies, systems management and monitoring tools · Experience in a customer focused environment Reasons why you should apply to us We’re big – really big.
