Overview
This leading US law firm in the heart of the city have asked us to find them a Paralegal to join their Leveraged Finance group. The firm work on lucrative deals and advise successful financial institutions. Simply having this firm on your CV will assist in training contract applications. The firm are very well established and have been growing rapidly in the UK market. The role will be to support the finance group with drafting and the transaction process as a whole. You will be a part of the full transaction life cycle, including client contact, completion bibles and other various post-closing tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team-driven Paralegal with a flexible approach. Having experience working with financial transactions within a Leveraged finance practice area is a necessity for this role. You will be highly literate and possess outstanding communication skills. You will be involved in specific projects as part of a team and independently. Ultimately, you will be part of a leading US law firm that will springboard your legal career.
