This is an exciting opportunity for a proven customer service individual who is fluent in Italian or French and looking for a position where they can utilise their previous experience within logistics and grow a fantastic skill set in this role Client Details This is a leading client based in Croydon who are looking for a fluent Italian or French speaker with a background knowledge of logistics to join their fantastic team. This client is a market leader within their industry and have the intention to become world leaders Description Key responsibilities include: First point of contact for all key accounts Working to agreed standards and service level agreements to provide customer service excellence for the organisation and for the dispatch and processing of orders Monitoring customer accounts, initiating and following credit control procedures Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and internal departments Dealing with all the order entry, administration and tracking of the key accounts order Logging all complaints, resolving these in a professional and efficient manner Sales order processing Profile The successful candidate will be: Fluent in Italian or French Proven customer service experience Export and logistics experience Ideally knowledge of SAP Working knowledge of Microsoft Assertive Job Offer This is a permanent and full time opportunity paying a competitive salary with a great benefits package
