IPS Finance are working alongside a growing financial consultancy business based in Wakefield centre. Our client provides financial function support services as well as performs search assignments aiding in the mergers and acquisitions of owner manged businesses from varying industries. Our client has a current need for a bookkeeper to play a part in both the businesses own finances as well as act as an external bookkeeper to their clients, this is a unique opportunity which will offer clear progression opportunities for those with an interest in corporate finance. Main duties of the position: Bookkeeping and managing the finances of the business Invoicing and credit control Produce business target lists with the use of bespoke software Provide corporate finance services to owner managed businesses Drafting of engagement letters Liaison with clients The successful applicant will come from a bookkeeping background be that within industry or an accountancy practice. Ideally you will be AAT qualified, our client is open to supporting its staff through their studies.
