Role Title: Commercial Contracts Lawyer Location: Central London Salary: Dependent on Experience A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Central London is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. This firm are market leaders in a wide range of industry sectors and this is an intriguing opportunity for someone who wants to develop and progress their skills in drafting and negotiating a wide range of large multi-million pound commercial contracts and agreements. Based in Central London, the ideal candidate will: Be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE Have a strong grounding in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including IT / technology contracts (such as software development and licence agreements), confidentiality agreements and master service agreements Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work The successful candidate must be able to point to strong communication skills and good business and commerciality skills. You will have a strong knowledge of IT contracts such as SaaS and software. Private Practice experience would be desirable, but our client would consider an In House lawyer looking to move back in to Private Practice who have excellent business and commercial skills. Our client envisages that candidates with 3 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
