Overview
Financial Controller Day Rate £400 - £525 Length 6 Month Contract FJR Group is currently partnered with a rapidly growing asset management business based in Central London. Looking for a Financial Controller to start on an initial 6-month contract. While you will be working in the London office the business is also located across the USA, Asia and Africa. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an organisation renowned for its high staff retention and fantastic working culture. They are looking for top tier profiles, who possess excellent attention to detail, hard-working work ethic with an ambition to progress within the Financial Services and corporate world. The right candidate for this role will have to qualify and be able to work in an SME environment that is fast-paced and dynamic. The key experience you will have is consolidation experience (ideally in a group environment), managing cash flow and ownership of the balance sheet. The offices are creative and full of atmosphere, so the right candidate will be able to gel well in a sociable company. You will be in charge of managing a team of 4 people both full and part qualified. As the ideal candidate, you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CAANZ or CPA). You will have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken. You will be a self-starter who can identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities. You will also ideally have good financial services exposure.
