Overview
There is an opportunity for a Graduate Research Support Manager to join London based fintech startup. The startup is developing B2B fintech platform to serve professionals in investment, trading and asset management industries. Who we are looking for: The company is looking for a recent graduate who is passionate about research and analytics in investment area. Job Responsibilities Build up a database of companies matching to defined search criteria Profile and classify collected data Prepare industry and market reports from a range of data sources, analysing that data and preparing charts and reports Identify potential customer's problems, transferring your findings into valuable quantitative and qualitative data and reports Lead research on issues such as market share, client requirements, understanding customer behaviour, competitor market assessment and knowledge of how they all work within the new product/proposition development cycle Qualities Self-motivated and results driven Able to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving targets Numerical with the ability to apply intermediate/advanced Excel skills Knowledge of Chinese language on a native level Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master's degree in economics, finance, business, or a related fields Demonstrated track record of success in market research and data analysis Experience in startups or entrepreneurial activities Knowledge and experience of market research techniques Experience in data analysis - either professional experience or through education Confident in communicator UK visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
