Head of Clinical Services - Private Surgical Hospital Nottingham, Nottinghamshire £55K - £65K - Experience Dependent 33 Days' Annual Leave, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Training & Development Overview Compass Associates are excited to working with a respected and leading private hospital in Nottingham, on the search for their next head of clinical services / matron. This Nottingham based hospital is a recognised specialist in Orthopaedics, Cosmetics, Endoscopy, ENT, Physiotherapy and Diagnostics. This 38 bedded private room hospital has 2 laminar flow theatres, an endoscopy suite, physio department with an integrated gym, imaging department and outpatient services with 10 consulting rooms. Exceptional standards for patient care is what sets them apart from other private healthcare providers in the area. Joining an already well-established and supportive team, this is a fantastic chance for any clinical manager to lead a workforce who are passionate about delivering an outstanding service The Role / Candidate You will have a track record of achievement in managing, leading and developing nursing practice. You'll bring proven experience of line managing and leading clinical teams and services, as well as an in depth knowledge of the health care regulatory agenda and mechanisms. You know how to stabilise teams, reengage and recognise them, driving standards of care and a passion for health. You will be working alongside the Hospital Director to ensure all clinical aspects of the running of the hospital are in line with modern guidelines and CQC. Particularly important will be your ability to quickly understand the clinical challenges facing the hospital, and build excellent relationships with internal customers (such as Consultants) and external bodies. You will have a thorough understanding of evidence-based practice and a track record of implementing these practices in a clinical setting. Minimum Requirements Strong Clinical background - RGN/ODP Experience in Private or NHS Healthcare Management Proven management and leadership capabilities Experience in operational and financial Management Confident Communicator Interest and ambassador in Company values Ability to Manage and influence a team Salary & Benefits There is a market leading salary on offer of up to £65K - dependent on experience.
