Overview
Finance Manager Challenger Bank, Series A £60K Talentedge is proud to be collaborating with a high-growth Challenger Bank in their run-up tot heir Series A funding round. This is a newly created role to report directly into the Finance Director to restructure the finance function and to implement robust financial controls and processes to scale with the business. Already with a reach across Europe and the US, my client aims to aggressively expand their global footprint and therefore is seeking someone who is passionate with the drive to make a difference in such a disruptive environment. Key responsibilities: Management of the day-to-day finances Lead on the Audit from planning to execution Ownership of month-end and monthly management accounts Implementing strong processes and controls Assist in the automation of the finance function including implementing new systems Assisting in the budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts On-going development of a long-term business plan Supporting the FD on strategic decision making & ad-hoc projects Profile: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) Experience working within Financial Control as well as involvement in financial planning & commercials A background within start-ups or corporate Financial services business Strong use of Excel & financial modelling skills Please get in touch ASAP if you are interested, this won't be around for long
