Catastrophic Injury Paralegal Bristol Competitive Salary & Beneifts Package A top 100 defendent law firm are seeking a Catastrophic Injury Paralegal to join their personal injury team based in Bristol. The role will be working within the Bristol catastrophic and large loss injury team assisting with tasks driven by the team up to a value of £2million. Experience of dealing with RTA, EL and PL claims is desirable. The role: You will work for household name insurer clients and their Insureds. Handle a varied workload in accordance with client protocols and with an appropriate level of supervision. Aim to achieve a minimum budgeted annual target of 1440 chargeable hours per year. Experience Required: The firm is looking for candidates who has the experience and the ability to work on cases with a value of up to £2m and to assist more senior fee earners on more complex and higher value cases. Fee earner with a demonstrable interest or previous experience in the practice area. Excellent relationship and client handling skills. Able to deal confidently and professionally with clients on day to day issues. Able to demonstrate a reasonable level of self-sufficiency, combined with an awareness of the boundaries of own competence/authority. An ability to adopt a commercial perspective rather than an 'academic' approach to legal issues.
