This is the place for you We are an agile B2B supplies distributor part of a US fortune 500 group, with a mindset of successful fast growth start-up We are expanding the European platform of the company and we’re seeking a UX Designer to help with our journey and growth. With our extremely collaborative culture, there will be lots of scope for your ideas to turn into reality Projects to jump into · Expand existing branding – leaving your own mark · Brand new customer dashboard · Lead a mobile revolution by improving the UX from a Tablet · Further big plans (we can discuss) Requirements · Demonstrate a passion for UX, Design and Technology · Self-starter who appreciates how technology supports broader business objectives · Agile and (bonus continuous integration) · Strong prototyping skills and familiarity with Axure · Familiarity with Creative Suite, Balsamic, Sublime also ideal · Experience in translating client requirements and complex user journeys into clearly laid out user stories and workflows · Exposure or understanding of development E.G JavaScript, Node.js, Wordpress, CSS, HTML, Drupal Responsibilities · Liaise with analytics to identify potential usability issues · Use technology to investigate and pin-point user bottlenecks · Develop solutions and concepts for testing · Develop wireframes and detailed mock-ups for presentation and user testing · Ad hoc creative support for wider business Benefits · Massive scope for career growth (and you’re supported with this) · 10% company bonus (paid twice a year) · 8% pension (no need to match) · 25 days holiday · Medical insurance (inc family) Why Join?
