We are looking for a Buying Administrator Support Supervisor to join our team on 6 months maternity cover contract and support the fast growth of the business. You will be overseeing the daily activities of a team of Buying Administrators through partnership with a group of Merchants (Buyers, Buying/Market Managers, Buying Directors). Responsible for managing a team of up to 12 Buying Administrators and ensuring that high quality administrative support is provided to the buying team. Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience Experience of supervising teams Strong administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to deliver against tight deadlines Intermediate systems skills (Microsoft Office packages, particularly excel) Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of priorities in a fast paced and changeable /span> Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are key, as are strong interpersonal skills, where you can build relationships with people on all levels Come and Discover Different at TJX.
