Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an exciting business based locally to Southampton in their recruitment for a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Our client is an acquisitive group who due to recent strategic movements in the market are seeking a key stakeholder to join their high-performing team. As a key stakeholder in their group function, you’ll manage operational aspects of budgeting and forecasting processes on behalf of multiple departments. Business Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll provide key MI to assist in long-term strategic decision making. In this job you will be responsible for a small team and you will be tasked with taking a commercially focused and process improvement viewpoint. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Group organisation, with first class communication skills and advanced excel. An accounting qualification is desirable, but non-essential.
