Overview

Agile Business Analyst with experience of CMS content management systems, digital content, optimising digital designs, UX user experience, writing user stories, product analysis, feature prioritisation, backlog, product roadmap, requirements gathering, Agile, great oral and written communication skills, working with cross functional teams, stakeholder management, JIRA, Confluence needed to join leading ecommerce company based in London. Keys Skills you will have: Brilliant communicator with strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to guide group discussions and explain complex solutions Experience translating business requirements into functional and non-functional system requirements and working with the team to produce high level technical solutions Experience working in Agile software development environments Strong attention to detail Skills you will ideally have: Experience working with software for requirements documentation and development tracking e.g. JIRA/Confluence Experience working with remote teams Experience in eCommerce environment, especially around Content management Degree in Computer Science or similar Fluent in Italian Key Responsibilities you will enjoy: Connecting with key business partners and Product Owners to agree and document detailed design and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements and project deliverables Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders (Creative Teams, Product Management and Technology teams, particularly developers and testers, as well as other BAs across technology) Co-operating closely with the enterprise architects and the delivery teams to establish capabilities and ensure customer needs are interpreted into suitable designs, and recommend whether current or new products are suitable. Working with the delivery team to align roadmap and delivery timeframes in line with the customer expectations and resource availability. Highlighting and sharing risks associated with plans and designs Understanding both internal and external user needs from both a UX and functional perspective. Recommending improvements/optimisation to current designs and planning implementation of these improvements Working with agile teams to continually improve ways of working. This role would suit an energetic and enthusiastic second jobber with a few years' commercial experience who wants to be hands on, learn and develop and be an effective bridge between the business and technical teams.
