Deputy Manager - supported living Ealing £25000 per annum full time permanent Sugarman Group would like to invite applications for the role of Deputy manager covering a cluster of supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities and ongoing mental health diagnosis around Ealing. Our partner client is a leading provide rand externally recognised as an outstanding employer. As part of the role as a Deputy Manager, you will be involved in all areas of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, training and development, performance management and motivating your team. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will be 'hands on' doing a minimum of two shifts per week, leading by example through the provision of outstanding levels of service to the people they support. previous experience in a senior or management position in a supported living environment is essential.
