Chef de Partie - Town Centre Hotel - Keswick - £21k live in IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this award winning Hotel just outside Keswick for a Chef de Partie. As part of a talented brigade you will serve fresh locally sourced meals for the hotel restaurant & bar. The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service The Person You will already be a Chef de Partie or Strong Demi Chef wanting to work a higher level Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members Have experience of working in AA rosette level kitchen Good attention to detail Steady Career History Salary & Benefits Salary Package to £21k Live In Available Tips All meals & Uniform 28 days holiday Career Development Application.
