The Individual: The ideal candidate will be an experienced Demi Chef de Partie who has worked in 5-star hotels. This an incredibly exciting opportunity to work under a very talented Executive Chef who has worked around the globe. You will work as part of an expert team and will deliver some of the most delicious foods from around the world, your role as Demi Chef de Partie here will broaden your skill set as you will be working with some of the best chefs in the industry. Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced kitchen as a Demi Chef de Partie with a large amount of covers and can work to the highest of standards under pressure. If you are confident, an excellent team player and want to improve your culinary skills, then this is the role for you Responsibilities: Assist Senior Chefs when needed.
