KSB Recruitment are searching for a confident chef to work all straight shifts, back to back days off and work mainly between day time hours FINISH AT 4 PM most days (circa) unless there are functions on then you will be out of the kitchen no later then 9:30 pm. You will also have Christmas day, boxing day and New Years day off. EXCELLENT WORK LIFE BALANCE - SOCIABLE HOURS - STRAIGHT SHIFTS BARELY ANY EVENINGS This position would suit a Head Chef who would like to stay in the industry but have an excellent work life balance and a job with very little stress. OR a strong and confident Chef de Partie with excellent culinary skills who would like to receive one to one mentoring from a Head Chef to learn orders, rotas, logistics of how to operate a kitchen within a company that offers constancy, stability and an excellent work life balance. Preferred experience: Banqueting Ordering and rotas Minimum 4 years experience as a chef Food Offering: 96% Fresh foods Light bites and "Bar Snacks" will be mainly what you produce, though chefs get to showcase their other talents when functions are booked. (Mainly in the summer months) You will report directly to the long standing Head Chef.
