The Company My client is a boutique hotel based in the home counties Recently refurbished to a high standard Small collection of 3 hotels The Package Up to £40,000 per annum Pension scheme Career progression The Job Role Senior Sous Chef for a well rounded hotel operation within the Home Counties Management of the hotel kitchen servicing a bar, restaurant and a busy meetings and events operation The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for a brigade of 9 chefs plus a team of KP's. The Senior Sous Chef will be managing the kitchen compliance and allergens. Writing and costing out the hotel menus for all outlets, working to a very achievable GP%. The Requirements The Senior Sous Chef will have substantial experience of meetings and events venues This role could suit a Senior Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position. Previous experience in fresh food hotel operations is a must for this role.
