Overview
Are you a passionate Band 6 Nurse looking to work in the community? Our client is looking for a Band 6 Registered Nurse to work within Bournemouth community on a 3 month contractual bases, however this could be extended for the right candidate. This role is working 37.5 hours per week being a part of a multi-disciplinary team in community facilitating complex discharges from hospital and admission avoidance preventing unwell patients from being admitted to hospitals.
