To support the next phase of growth, RMS has decided to hire an exceptional Junior Project Manager to support the Head of PMO to ensure delivery across the business. About the Role A new permanent role for RMS, this position will report to the Head of PMO and will be responsible for supporting the Head of PMO to support projects through to completion, maintain, manage and communicate the PMO functions within the business. This role will be key in providing guidance on project execution, responsible for the flow of information, supporting in completion of project documentation and PMO reporting documentation. This role will be a 'hands-on' PMO role, so the successful candidate will be involved in many different aspects of driving implementation, reporting, governance, identifying problems, as well as assessing business wide risk and make appropriate decisions / recommendations. There is an expectation is that this role works autonomously. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting and implementing project delivery plans. Offering guidance to project teams on project execution. Communicating dependencies and ensuring they are managed through to completion. Production of project documentation. Ensure flow of communication throughout teams. Support the Head of PMO in completing and administering weekly and monthly reports to the business. Support the production of weekly, monthly and bimonthly reporting showing the critical business issues and highlighting significant risks and milestone deliveries Encourage knowledge transfer and lessons learnt activities within the PMO and business project teams to drive best practice.
