Overview
Active Staffing are currently recruiting for Aftersales Advisor for our clients based in Hinckley. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 18:00 10:00 to 20:00 The Role: Efficiently processing customer requests and ensuring correct procedures are followed Processing data onto DMS and other Microsoft Office programmes Liaising with other departments to ensure the customer process is smooth to ensure repeat business Provide assistance to the service manager to ensure smooth running of the service desk Invoicing and costing of job cards The Person: High Attention to detail High organisation skills Automotive experience essential Excellent communication and IT Skills Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines Able to work independently and as part of a team effectively Trouble-shooter If this sounds interesting to you and you would like to discuss this further then please get in touch or click apply to find out more.
