TOP JOB Credit Controller / Collections Analyst with O2C - £25k - West London Your new company Our client is a global leader in technology and assist companies to change and transform their business using only the latest technology and business models. Your new role Reporting to the O2C Manager you will be responsible for the collection of debt on behalf of the UK office with the ambition to reduce ageing debt across the customer set, ensuring processes are followed, contacting customers via phone calls and emails. You will work closely with other team members on client issues and streamline query resolution in a timely manner and will work collaboratively with the local Sales team to aid and assist negotiations and escalations with the joint ambition of reducing the age profile of receivables. You will investigate and resolve queries, whilst building customer relationships and make decisions on when to release new orders or put them on hold based on client debt status. You will provide reports on aged debt analysis and proactively clean and up date the ledger. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally need 2-3 years experience background in Credit Control within a corporate / blue-chip company. You will be a commercial individual, pro-active and highly customer focused, good experience with excel is essential including vlookups and pivot table and past use of cloud based systems such as Salesforce and SAP is desirable.
