Sales & Lettings Negotiator Basic Salary up to £20,000 Company Car ( A class mercedes) On target earnings £45,000 My client is a High End independent Estate Agent with a great reputation around the local area. They are looking a Sales & Lettings negotiator to come and join there already successful team in South East London. The ideal candidate would have 12 months experience working within a fast pace environment and give the best possible service to their clients. Job Summary ·Registering buyers and matching them to the correct properties ·Negotiating offer between tenants and Landlords ·Advertising properties on the portals ·Giving regular feedback to vendors and landlords ·Sales progression ·Undertaking property viewings The Ideal Candidate: ·Ability to `think outside the box` ·Knowledge on the South East London market ·Excellent communication skills Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-18:30 Saturday 9:00-16:00 You will be required to work every other saturday.
