About the Role This Role will provide financial analysis and advice as required to colleagues at all levels across the wider NMC under the guidance of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. You will also provide a partnering and management accounting service to budget holders and senior management in a Directorate or cost centres in the NMC. Your challenge will also be to support the costing, consolidation and interdependency mapping of the annual business plan with budget managers and project managers in to assist with ensuring that a coherent budget is produced. Furthermore, you will support in producing financial modelling and financial insight feeding in to the development of the Directorate’s long term financial and fee strategy. You would also assist the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager by contributing to financial analysis expertise and commercial acumen to deliver robust business evaluation and monitoring Fitness to Practice Strategic priorities. Skills and experience required Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA or similar professional accounting qualification Demonstrable experience of running and delivering management accounting processes Advanced Knowledge of Excel, including modelling and reporting Experience in handling Financial Analysis, budgeting and forecasting would be preferable Experience of financial systems like eBis, Open accounts, Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools Why work for the NMC?
