Finance Manager for construction business in Central London Your new company You will be working for a global construction business based in fantastic offices in Central London. The business offer development and regeneration projects across public and commercial private sectors. They are award winning with a great reputation in the construction sector. Your new role The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing finance function for a number of SPV companies, a property development business and responsible for oversight of a small number of staff. You will prepare monthly management reporting, budgeting and statutory accounts. What you'll need to succeed You will be a fully qualified accountant, ideally with experience within construction and have SPV experience. You will have strong stakeholder engagement and great attention to detail. What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary and take full ownership of a number of SPVs.
