Being in the top 5 defence organisations in the UK, it is engaged in the development, delivery and support of aerospace and defence systems in the air, on land and at sea. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for PCB Assemblers for an 8 Month contract based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Duties Undertakes tasks and activities directly contributing to the creation of products / achievement of revenue targets. This role profile covers a large variety of specific jobs and skills that may be required within the Operations function, i.e. electronics, assembly, test, repairs. Understand and follow detailed work instructions relating to area of responsibility Produce products accurately and aligned to the client requirements and internal quality control measures Ensure that all operations are completed to the required timescale Eliminate waste wherever possible, participate in continuous improvement activities as requested Proactively identify potential issues and escalate as appropriate. Contribute to problem solving activities. Work within all health and safety guidelines, proactively raising issues where these are encountered.
