If so, please apply below: Client Details The company / what's on offer: - Family owned business operating in over 25 countries since 1860 - Structured training programme and on going support - Opportunity and responsibility to bring new ideas to the table driving lean methods and process improvement - £21,500 to £24,000 starting salaries with annual salary reviews - Free parking - Opportunity to attend international conferences in Europe - Great culture and friendly working environment Description The role/key duties: You will play a key part in the delivery of service to the customer and will provide key support to the sales manager: - Setting up new product codes onto the ERP system - Customer order fulfilment - Manage order replenishment - Ensure customer satisfaction throughout - Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Provide pricing and sales quotes - Management of local stock - Maintenance of forecast sheets for group purchasing where required - Liaise with suppliers regarding customer requirements, shipping information, lead times, pricing etc. - Keeping customer contact details up to date - Liaise with other European offices where required - Occasional UK/EU travel to conferences, focus groups, technical events, exhibitions etc. - Be able to bring new ideas to the table and use lean and agile working methods - Continious improvement for the wider business Profile The candidate: - Ability to adapt, change and multi task in an ever-changing environment - Understanding of the supply chain process - Experience in a customer facing, support role (ideally with oversight of the whole customer journey) - Keen eye for detail - Excellent problem solving skills - Team player Job Offer Benefits: - Flexible working - 25 days holiday plus bank - Private healthcare scheme - Bike to work scheme - Childcare vouchers Please apply with your CV if interested.
