Are you a caring, hardworking individual looking to be a Clinical Care Manager then this role is the ideal opportunity for you We have a very exciting opportunity within one of our leading care company's. Salary £45-50k depending on background. This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse, qualified with Unit Leader or Clinical Manager to take the next step to becoming a Clinical Care Manager in one of our flagship nursing homes. Key Attributes: As a Clinical Care Manager you will be passionate about embedding quality clinical practices in line with CQC regulations and our company policies and procedures. You will mentor and coach to our nurse team within our Regional Care Home portfolio. Providing high quality care, ensuring the lives of residents and continually enriched in central to everything we do.
