Overview
Al Rayan Bank is a growing, ethical and incredibly diverse bank based in new offices in the leafy suburb of Edgbaston, a stone's throw away from central Birmingham. As part of the Masraf Al Rayan Group which is the 2nd largest bank in Qatar, we've got exciting growth plans and aim to deliver a professional, first class service to our customers. We are on the lookout for a Real Estate Administrator. This business area is responsible for processing Home Purchase Plan and Buy to Let Finance applications for the Bank. This includes the full administration of processes related to both post offer and post completion activity. The role of the Administrator within the Team is to proactively manage the customer application experience all the way from post offer through to completion, together with assisting in the administration of customer accounts following successful drawdown. This will involve processing work on multiple systems and require effective communication with colleagues, customers and third parties such as Solicitors. Full updates recorded against the Bank’s system case records. The role may also require some activity in relation to general account opening or assisting in the administration of Commercial Finance tasks.
