Commercial Property & Real Estate Development Executive Due to expansion a top 10 global insurance broker have a fantastic opportunity for a hungry candidate who thrives developing new business and creating new and lasting relationships. Based in Birmingham and reporting into London, you will join an already established and well-respected team full of experience. Your focus will be to proactively grow an already established book of Real Estate & Construction business across Birmingham and the Midlands, experience can must be from a commercial broking background or maybe an insurer and must have experience of Property Owners / Commercial Property / Real Estate risks. To be successful in this role as a Commercial Property & Real Estate Development Executive, you will need to have a get up and go attitude The types of clients you will be mixing with will typically be corporate and HNW individuals, therefore it is essential that you are comfortable developing relationships in that arena. You must also be willing to attend various networking events and work outside the normal business hours. You will be an professional, energetic Executive, a strong relationship builder, a great door opener and have fantastic interpersonal skills.
