Real Estate Solicitor - Senior Associate Birmingham Top 50 Firm I am working with a global Top 50 practice who are looking for Commercial Property Solicitor (5yrs PQE) to join their successful team in Birmingham city centre. You will be working closely with the lead Partner and take responsibility for overseeing a small Real Estate team and eventually taking full ownership of a number of key clients. The Role Based in the heart of Birmingham you will be involved in advising an impressive list of clients including many of the largest FTSE 100 and 250 companies in the UK on a broad range of Commercial Property matters including: Landlord and Tenant matters Property Acquisitions and Disposals Property Finance Some Development Work About You You should: Be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE Be excellent technically Work well within a department have the skills to manage a small team The Team and Firm The team is strong in Birmingham and nationally. They are highly regarded and identified as one of the leaders in the field by the leading legal directories. Salary is competitive dependent on experience benefits.
