Our client has an excellent and long-standing reputation for real estate work in the Midlands and offers a highly collegiate, transparent and merit-based working environment. In line with its impressive plans for continued growth in 2020, the firm is keen to appoint a Partner to join its real estate team in Birmingham. You may be an existing partner or a senior lawyer or legal director wishing to take the next step in your career. The firm's property practice is wide-ranging, covering all manner of high-value commercial acquisitions, disposals, mixed-use development projects, landlord & tenant and asset management work and as a senior real estate specialist, you will be well versed in some or all of these areas. Bringing strong technical experience and a track record of leading on good-sized real estate transactions, you'll also enjoy developing relationships with clients in your network. This firm already acts for an enviable portfolio of developers, investors, owner-occupiers and companies with substantial property interests amongst others and you'll be keen to help drive further growth in the Midlands real estate market and beyond.
