You will work with the autistic adult, their family and the wider Support Worker team, ensuring the autistic adult’s individual life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their support. You can also expect to be out and about supporting autistic adults to access their communities and take part in activities of their choosing, which is great fun for all. “The training is excellent.” Staff member, Tayside Area Services Scottish Autism is currently undergoing a period of digital transformation which will result in all documentation and processes being managed online and electronically from April 2020. Training on the new system will be provided to all staff.
