Head of IT Operations - Services Platform - Basingstoke 3 months rolling contract - £450-£600 per day DoE (IN SCOPE OF IR35) Your new company A Global tech firm based in Basingstoke is looking got a Head of IT Operations for their UK & EU Services Platform team. This is a reputable client offering the opportunity to work with them to deliver operational excellence. Your new role You will be tasked with working as the main point of contact for the services platforms across UK and EU. You will be driving the operational ability of the team and managing bespoke service delivery for the client's customers. If you have Senior IT Operations experience across Service Platforms then please apply and do not miss out This client is seeking for someone to work as a consultant to ensure that the after sales service is delivered in line with SLA's, from warranty through to bespoke service delivery. They will lead and manage a large team, driving vision and setting strategy for the team. What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience in service management including mixed in-house/3rd party service provision Excellent stakeholder management skills Technically minded and commercially savvy Experience in leading, managing and developing virtual and multicultural teams Able to balance strategic vision with operational needs Dynamic and able to motivate teams with enthusiasm Bright, articulate and results orientated Flexible and able to amend style depending on the needs of the situation Proven ability to resolve complex management / support issues Excellent understanding and ability to communicate in English Customer focused whilst ensuring operational efficiency Resilient, with an open minded approach Honest and direct, but operates with a sense of humility Demonstrable proof of setting and managing budgets What you'll get in return The opportunity to work with a global team, work alongside a market leader, provide consulting and work on a large project.
