Overview
Outsource are currently seeking a Payment Support Analyst to join a Financial Company based in Buckinghamshire. Key Responsibilities: Providing support of SWIFT/CREST application servers. EN.TDR and Safewatch as a part of a team of 4. Deployment and support of upgrades and patches investigation of issues reported by Business users. Monitoring of Payment Systems with SWIFT. Hands on role, with ability to do installations. Good communication skills, able to interact with business users in a non-technical manner. Skills Required Background working in finance services is essential Extensive Payment systems experience in SWIFT. Experience in International Payments. Experience in CTRL-M and UNIX.
