Our decency quotient, or DQ, drives our culture and everything we do inside and outside of our company. **Job Title** Director, Customer Marketing, Payment Gateway Job Title Director, Customer Marketing, MPGS (12 month maternity cover) Overview Serve as the voice of the customer by partnering with the Regional Sales teams to create marketing solutions for customers, leveraging MasterCard's product and services, assets and marketing platforms. Responsibilities Deploy customer marketing strategy designed to deliver on MPGS customer priorities and objectives across Asia Pacific and Europe regions. Deliver consultancy offering, partnering with Mastercard Advisors where appropriate Partner with regional product and account teams to build MPGS business through marketing support for local customer initiatives (includes B2B/ B2B2C campaigns, product launches, customer events, custom assets, etc) Identify new opportunities and work closely with MPGS Sales Enablement to deliver effective customer marketing assets Partner with global, regional and local marketing teams, tapping into Mastercard assets and resources, to identify opportunities and ensure effective deployment of optimal solutions to customers Partner with MPGS colleagues and local market teams to grow regional footprint through execution of industry events and access to Mastercard sponsorship assets Represent marketing in customer-facing meetings to build deeper relationships and capitalise on opportunities to grow volume Effective selection and management of marketing agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns, events, assets, etc Identify and implements KPI's and measures to gauge progress and effectiveness of customer campaigns and events Oversee Customer Marketing budget to ensure that all campaigns, programs, and activities are within allocated budget; regularly feed into overall MPGS marketing budget Build and leverage own internal network to ensure strong relationships with local marketing and sales teams Support broader Mastercard Acceptance marketing initiatives Experiences Ten to fifteen years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B marketing, partnerships and customer-facing roles Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and use data and insights to adjust the approach Strong track record and achievements in developing and delivering creative regional/local customer marketing programs and delivering events Proven success on guiding sales enablement and marketing efforts for B2B audiences by framing the story effectively and packaging content for RFPs Experience with establishing metrics and measurement tools to gauge and track success Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
